Lil Wayne and Ryan Reynolds Set to Present 2009 MTV Movie Awards

In addition to Lil Wayne and Ryan Reynolds, other presenters at 2009 MTV Movie Awards include Cameron Diaz, Leighton Meester and Vanessa Hudgens.

Rapper Lil Wayne and "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" star Ryan Reynolds will be giving away the golden popcorn award at 2009 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, May 31. The entertainment network has announced the two among the newly-appointed presenters for its 18th annual awards gala.

They are joined by other A-listers, including Denzel Washington, Cameron Diaz, Leighton Meester, Will Ferrell, Vanessa Hudgens and Jonah Hill. Still, it is still unclear what category Wayne and Reynolds will hand the kudo away or whether they will present the kudo together.

2009 MTV Movie Awards will be aired live from the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, California, on Sunday, May 31 at 9 P.M. ET. It will have "Saturday Night Live" star Andy Samberg taking the part of the host, and Eminem has been set to perform on stage music from his new album "Relapse".

Nominees have been revealed earlier and "Twilight" has been unveiled as the leader of the pack collecting seven nods. Viewers can vote for their favorite in each category via 2009 MTV Movie Awards site up to May 27 with the exception of Best Movie category, which voting line will be opened through the live telecast.

Video: Performances at 2009 Oscars

At the 81st Annual Academy Awards, Hugh Jackman sang with Beyonce Knowles, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper in addition to sharing stage with Anne Hathaway.

Star-studded performances at this year's Academy Awards taking place on February 22 in Hollywood, California have been made available to watch through a newly-found video footage. The show's host brought , , and many others to the stage of Kodak Theatre for a musical set.

Taking the stage in a suit and a top hat, Jackman said, "You're probably wondering why I'm wearing a suit. Well, something truly remarkable happening here. Something we thought never happened in our live times." He then continued with singing and dancing alongside a bunch of hunks and when he shouted, "Wait a minute, something is missing," Knowles appeared and joined him in the song-and-dance routine.
