X-Men Origins: Wolverine game trailer!

Badass X-Men Origins: Wolverine Teaser Poster Revealed!

Just days before the Super Bowl, Fox has finally unveiled the first official teaser poster for X-Men Origins: Wolverine, which you can see below. There's not much I need to say, because this looks pretty badass. But then again, it's not that hard to take a photo of Wolverine and throw him on a poster and make him look badass. But this is the kind of poster I'd love to have up on my wall, no matter how good or how bad the movie turns out in the end. Don't forget that there is also a new TV spot for Wolverine that we'll see this Sunday during the Super Bowl, so stay tuned for that as well! Check out the new poster below!

X-Men Origins: Wolverine is directed by South African filmmaker Gavin Hood, of the Oscar winner Tsotsi and Rendition previously. The script was written by veteran screenwriter David Benioff, of 25th Hour, Troy, and The Kite Runner previosuly. The character of Wolverine was first created by Len Wein and John Romita Sr. back in 1974. Fox will debut X-Men Origins: Wolverine in theaters on May 1st, 2009.

Ryan Reynolds Pumps Iron to Play 'Deadpool'

32-year-old hunk is reshooting scenes for 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine'

Actor Ryan Reynolds works out at a gym in Vancouver, B.C., on Jan. 22. Ryan, 32, has been in Canada re-shooting scenes for the upcoming action flick, X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

The film is being re-shot to include more footage of the superfit Reynolds, who plays Wade Wilson (Deadpool). The thriller stars Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Liev Schreiber (as Victor Creed/Sabretooth), Taylor Kitsch (as Remy LeBeau/Gambit) and Lynn Collins (as Silver Fox).

Born James Howlett and commonly known as Logan, Wolverine is a mutant who possesses animal-keen senses, enhanced physical capabilities, retracting bone claws, and a healing factor that allows him to quickly recover from virtually any wound, disease or toxin, enabling him to live beyond a normal human lifespan.

This super-healing ability enabled the supersoldier program Weapon X to bond the near indestructible metal alloy adamantium to Wolverine's skeleton and claws.

Meanwhile, Deadpool is a high-tech mercenary known for his wisecracks, black comedy, and satirical pop-culture references. Like the X-Men’s Wolverine, Deadpool is the product of the Canadian government’s paramilitary Weapon X program, although his place of birth is unknown. After Weapon X cured his terminal cancer by implementing a regenerative “healing factor” extracted from Wolverine, Deadpool is left disfigured and mentally unstable.

Ryan, who married actress Scarlett Johansson, 23, Sept. 27 in Canada, competed in the 2008 New York City Marathon on Nov. 2. The 6'3" heartthrob ran the marathon to help raise money for Parkinson's Disease research (Reynolds' dad suffers from the disease).

Ryan's new movie, Adventureland, comes out March 27. The light-hearted comedy co-stars Twilight cutie Kristen Stewart, 18.
